This video gives an overview of the "Struggle Switch" a.k.a. "Gremlin"

I'm guessing you are familiar with the struggle with anxiety or uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. Once our nervous system is alerted to the uncomfortable thought or feeling, it continues to grow until we intentionally unhook from it and allow it to exist and managing it in it's various stages. How you ask? One way is awareness of your mind and body beginning to be hijacked. Early detection is critical and having a few tools is key.
